Here's a quick summary of how our milk powder is made:

Milking:
Our products are made with natural cow's milk as a base. It all begins with sourcing from the finest dairy farms in Australia. The milk produced by the cows is collected regularly and sent to our factories.

Manufacturing: The manufacture process is carried out in internationally advanced machinery.

Mixing:
Ingredients are mixed together with skim milk. Additional minerals, vitamins and necessary ingredients are added at appropriate times during the mixing.

Pasteurization:
The completed mixture then undergoes pasteurization, which involves quickly heating and cooling the product. This removes the presence of bacteria, yeast and mold and prevents the dairy product from spoiling.

Homogenization:
The product is then mixed again in a process called homogenization, which helps its emulsion uniformity and stability.

Standardization:
The product is standardized to ensure its components are correct.

Packaging:
The product is then filled into cans and sterilized to destroy any additonal bacteria. The cans are then ready to be shipped out.

Distribution:
Before distribution, our factories does relevant health and quality checks on our products. Our company also ensures we have the necessary licenses approved by FSP and SDFA before exporting. Each of our exported dairy products is certified by AQIS ExDoc electric system.
